Why teams choose Cayda over Feedbucket
Invisible to visitors. Always.
Nothing renders for your audience on any plan, with nothing to configure. Feedbucket shows its widget to everyone by default and hides it on production through a project switch, a secret URL key or WordPress role rules. Cayda has no switch to remember and no key to leak.
Priced per collaborator, nothing else
A base fee covers you; each accepted teammate is $5 to $6. A solo user pays $9, two people pay $14, five people with Jira pay $38. Unlimited sites on every paid plan, so an agency never trades up a tier to add a client.
A dashboard built for triage
Kanban and list views, filters by status, priority, assignee and note type, bulk actions, threaded comments, an activity feed and CSV export on Pro. Feedbucket holds export and console logs back to its $72 Business plan.
Thirty seconds on any stack
Paste a URL, drop in one script tag. One click install for WordPress and a native Shopify app; one line for React, Next.js, Webflow, Squarespace, Wix or plain HTML. SPA aware, no visitor overhead.

How Feedbucket approaches it
Feedbucket is an agency oriented widget: install it, and clients and team members can submit annotated screenshots and recordings from the page. Its help centre is explicit that the widget is visible to everyone who visits the site until you hide it, either with a project level switch, a secret query parameter that reveals it for an hour, or, on WordPress, by limiting it to logged in roles. Plans start at $39 for two members and five projects, with unlimited projects and twenty five members at $72; all of its integrations are included from the first plan.
Cayda is private by construction rather than by configuration: the script does nothing unless the visitor is an authenticated team member or an invited guest. It starts free, bills per accepted teammate, and never caps the number of sites on a paid plan.
The bottom line
For a freelancer, a studio or a team under ten, Cayda costs less at every step, has a free plan that never expires, and puts nothing on your production site for a visitor to see. Feedbucket’s flat $72 tier covers up to twenty five members, so very large teams may find the numbers converge; below that, they do not. Add a site free and see it on your own pages.
